A trailer is a perfect completion of a truck body. Popular “sets” increase the cargo area considerably, which directly translates into the reduction of the transport costs. The permissible length of a truck with a trailer is as much as 18.75m, and of truck tractors with semi-trailers - only 16.5m. Therefore, the ones with a trailer are able to transport as many as 38 pallets, and the capacity of the interior reaches 120m3, that is it is larger than the record-breaking Mega semi-trailers by 20m3!
Single axle trailers (allowable total weight from 4,500 to 10,990 kg) are a perfect solution for companies which specialize in transporting light spatial cargo with the capacity up to 120m3 and weight not higher than 12 tons. Using such a set with a trailer in PL-UE-PL relations may translate into a considerable reduction of costs in comparison to semi-trailers.
Two-axle trailers (allowable total weight from 10,000 to 19,000 kg) are adjusted specially for heavier cargo. They provide an option to install some additional fittings, e.g. a self-loading lift, and one liftable axle increases the opportunity to optimize the costs.

Frame and towbar
Central-axle chassis installed on a steel frame with enhanced durability, provided with anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing.
Pipe towbar with a standard hole of fi40 (fi50 for trailers with the allowable total weight of 18 tons) with a support foot.
Installed side protective devices compliant with ECE.
Axles and pneumatic system
We produce our trailers on the basis of axles manufactured by brand producers, such as SAF, or BPW upon request, in the single axle and two axle configurations.
Pneumatic suspension system produced by dependable manufacturers, e.g. Haldex, Knorr or Wabco, with a platform lifting / lowering valve, additionally equipped with the “reset-to-ride” function, i.e. automatic suspension setting to ride having reached the minimum speed of 15km/h.
Pneumatic braking installation equipped with an anti-blocking system ABS/EBS, trailer stability TRS/RSS, automatic regulation of the brakes, park-release valve, DUOMATIC coupling, parking brake activated automatically during the unhitching of the trailer.
Wheels and tyres
Wheels on steel rims with tyres made by brand producers from EU, with dimensions depending on the allowable total weight and the trailer configuration.
Braided electric installation, voltage 24V, compliant with the requirements of the EU Traffic Code.
Rear lamps ASPOCK (on request – option of LED lamps), consolidated with the reversing lamps, fog lamps and indicators.
Retractable support feet, with a ratchet blocking system (on request with a mechanical transmission, folded thanks to a rotational bearing).
